We partner with trusted carriers like Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, and FedEx to deliver your orders efficiently. We consider factors like your location, desired delivery speed, and cost to choose the best option for each shipment.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel's progress directly on the courier company's website.

We do not ship outside Australia directly through are website. However, if you love something and would like to make a purchase then please contact us via reachout@bub2kids.com.au.

We ship from Berwick VIC 3806.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders daily. For those orders with all products in stock, and do not have any items with a listed processing time, you can expect your order to be dispatched within 2 business days*.  Once your order is shipped, we take no responsibility for delays that may occur because of our Couriers.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Pre Orders on all our 'sold out' stock that is due to land in our next shipment. By ordering a PRE ORDER product you are agreeing for us to hold your order until all items on your order have arrived in stock. Once all items have arrived, we will dispatch your whole order to you. Please refer to approximate arrival times on each product for estimated dates. 

If you wish to have your in-stock products posted prior to the pre order items, please ensure that you make two separate orders. This will allow our warehouse team to quickly process your order and ensure that there is no confusion when your pre order items arrive. 

SHIPPING PRICES
We offer free postage for all orders over $149 inside Australia. For all orders under this amount, the shipping rate will be calculated at the time of the purchase. Pricing depends on weight and volume.
