What does OEKO-TEX Certified means?
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® means that our products (where applicable) have been tested for harmful nasties. This certification means that our products are free from harmful chemicals and safe for your little ones and you to use.
What does GOTS Certified means?
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It's basically an international certification that ensures textiles are made with organic fibres and that the entire production process, from harvesting the raw materials to manufacturing the final product, follows strict environmental and social guidelines.

Do you have restock notifications?
Yes, we offer restock notifications. These will typically be available on the product page itself, please click on "Notify me when back in stock" and fill our your details.
How do I care for my items?
We recommend checking the product description or care label for specific instructions. But generally, follow care best practices to extend the life of your items.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once we have shipped your order we will send you an email with all the tracking details. You can also log into your Bub2Kids Account and track all deliveries from there.
When will my order be shipped?
We try to dispatch all orders within 1-2 Business Days of receiving them. Please note that during sales periods this may be pushed out slightly.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange something?
At Bub2Kids, we strive for transparency by providing all available information and high-quality pictures of our products. However, please keep in mind that colours may vary slightly depending on the device you're using (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) due to different screen settings.
For the most accurate colour representation, we recommend viewing our products with standard screen colours and turning off any Night Light or Warm mode features.
We know that you are going to love your new Bub2Kids products (because we know how awesome they are!). We also understand that sometimes you may change your mind, which is why we offer a 14-day money back guarantee.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase because it wasn’t quite what you were expecting, or you simply changed your mind, please contact us via email or message reachout@bub2kids.com.au within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Please include your order number and original proof of purchase when emailing to request your return or exchange.
Bub2Kids do not refund the original shipping cost of the order, or the cost to the buyer to return the order to us.
We offer Free Shipping on many orders to show our appreciation for your business!
However, to keep these costs down, free shipping eligibility typically requires a minimum order value. In cases where free shipping is applied but the order is returned, the return shipment cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If exchanging a product, we will issue you with a store credit to the value of the order/product/s, minus shipping costs, so you can place a new order online.
Your purchased product must be returned to us in its original as new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. Postage must be covered by you for all returns and exchanges.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange.
Please note items in a "sale" or "sale event' or "Pre order items' or "Clearance' are 'as is' and 'final sale'. Strictly no returns or exchanges.
Returns must be shipped back to Bub2Kids at the buyer's own cost - unless there is a fault with the product.
Refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment, so if you paid with a gift card, we would send you a gift card with the same amount credited to spend later.
I Made a Mistake Can I Amend My Order Details?
We’ve all been there. (Baby brain is real!)
Please get in contact with us as soon as possible after placing the order to let us know the details you need to change. If we haven’t already dispatched the order, we are more than happy to make amendments to the following:
• Change of Delivery Address
• Change of Phone Number/Email address
• Change of Item Colour or Style (Must be the same price)
• Upgrade from Standard to Express Post (We will send a payment link for you to pay the balance amount)

How much does shipping cost?
FREE shipping on orders $149 or more.
For orders under $149, we charge a Flat Rate cost of $9.50.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of Australia but if you like our products then please reach out via Contact page.
